No Atonement Needed?

One of the hallmarks of Satan's workings is to assail the very atonement in which Christ died for sinners.

A “slain Christ has no meaning.”
A Course in Miracles, Text, p. 425

“The journey to the cross should be the last ‘useless journey.’”
A Course in Miracles, p. 52

“The Atonement is the final lesson he [man] need learn, for it teaches him that, never having sinned, he has no need of salvation.”
A Course in Miracles, p. 237

"The full awareness of the Atonement, then, is the recognition that the separation never occurred."
A Course in Miracles, Text, p. 98

“Do not make the pathetic error of ‘clinging to the old rugged cross’. The only message of the crucifixion is that you can overcome the cross. Until then you are free to crucify yourself as often as you choose. This is not the Gospel I intended to offer you.”
A Course in Miracles, Text, p. 52

The Truth:

"In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the atonement for our sins."
1 John 4:10

"In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins..."
Ephesians 1:7

"...without shedding of blood there is no remission."
Hebrews 9:22

"...knowing that you were not redeemed with corruptible things, like silver or gold, from your aimless conduct received by tradition from your fathers, but with the precious blood of Christ..."
1 Peter 1:18-19

"For Christ also suffered once for sins, the just for the unjust, that He might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh but made alive by the Spirit..."
1 Peter 3:18

"...being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, whom God set forth to be an atonement by His blood..."
Romans 3:24-25

"He has delivered us from the power of darkness and translated us into the kingdom of the Son of His love, in whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins."
Colossians 1:13-14

"Grace to you and peace from God the Father and our Lord Jesus Christ,
who gave Himself for our sins, that He might deliver us from this present evil age..."
Galatians 1:3-4

* * "Anyone who has rejected Moses' law dies without mercy on the testimony of two or three witnesses. Of how much worse punishment, do you suppose, will he be thought worthy who has trampled the Son of God underfoot, counted the blood of the covenant by which he was sanctified a common thing, and insulted the Spirit of grace?" * *
Hebrews 10:28-29
